STAR Ghana / WACSI Catalyst Fund
Organisation Capacity Assessments
Conducted field assessments of 10 civil society organisations implementing the STAR Ghana / West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI) Catalyst Fund. The purpose of the assessment was to identify and objectively recommend six of the ten assessed CSOs for transition onto the next phase of the Civil Society Strengthening Fund (CSSF).

Public Health Consulting
Co-created the Family Planning and Reproductive Health Services Advocacy and Communication Strategy for the Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana, working with multiple stakeholders including youth-focused groups, government and CSO representatives. The strategy provided a structured approach for advocacy activities to galvanise action at national and sub-national levels towards improving budgetary allocation to family planning and reproductive health services.
Leveraged Save the Children’s Organisation Capacity Assessment (OCA) tool to facilitate data gathering across dimensions of Inclusion Ghana, a network of health-focused CSOs. A capacity strengthening plan was developed from the insight and feedback generated.

Organisation capacity assessments for WASH partner NGOs; a sustainability assessment for six partner NGOs of STAR Ghana; and the development of strategic plans for organisations including City of London Business College and several WASH sector NGOs.

Corporate & Government Interventions
Communication, teambuilding and attitudinal change training for staff of the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority; and an organisational impact assessment and teambuilding for Port Health staff in the Western Region, Ghana.

WASH & Urban Development
A spatial baseline study of water and sanitation in four Accra and Sekondi-Takoradi communities; rapid assessments and innovative sanitation design for schools; and the nationwide dissemination of national strategy documents for the urban WASH sub-sector.
