Ebenezer Kye-Mensah

Organisation Development Practitioner

Ebenezer Kye-Mensah is a dynamic Organisation Development (OD) practitioner, Local Economic Development specialist and Health Systems Strengthening expert. With nearly 20 years of experience — including 15 years in senior management across INGO, public and private sectors — he brings deep knowledge to every engagement. He currently serves as Organisation Development and Capacity Building Advisor for the USAID Accelerating Social and Behavior Change Activity, and previously served as Senior Institutional and Technical Strengthening Advisor on PEPFAR/USAID flagship HIV projects.

His experience spans youth enterprise development, key population HIV programming, WASH, urban development, workforce development and ICT for development. His consulting practice includes strategy development, business process review, business planning, organisation diagnosis, curriculum and manual development, ICT4D, local economic development, performance management and participatory action media.

Dr. Maureen Odoi

Scientist & Executive Coach

Dr. Maureen Odoi is a scientist and executive coach with over 20 years of experience, working at the intersection of food, finance and faith. Her career is dedicated to bridging the gap between scientific research and the marketplace to build resilient entrepreneurial ecosystems across Africa.

As Co-Founder of the African Aurora Business Network (AABN) and National Treasurer for the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI), she has led teams that have coached over 25,000 entrepreneurs. Her approach integrates design thinking with robust financing mechanisms for agro-climatic advisory services, ensuring that growth-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises — particularly those led by women and youth — can scale sustainably.

Augustine Adams

Development Planner & Knowledge Manager

Augustine Adams is a seasoned development planner and practitioner with over 20 years of experience. He has a strong track record in programme development, implementation and evaluation, with expertise in water and sanitation financing, governance, community engagement and local capacity building.

He has led governance components of large-scale projects, notably improving the capacities of Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) in WASH planning, budgeting and implementation on USAID-funded initiatives. A skilled communicator and knowledge manager, he works across development communication, documentation, branding and research — using storytelling, web content, photography and social media to convey project outcomes to global audiences.

Emefa Ashilley

Health Promotion Expert

Emefa Ashilley is an agile health promotion expert with over 12 years of experience in health programme management, SBC capacity strengthening and policy development. She is passionate about Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and safeguarding, ensuring her work positively impacts vulnerable populations. She has collaborated with diverse stakeholders across multiple countries, successfully addressing critical public health challenges.
